How
it Works
1. There are three easy ways to pass your debt
information to us- Email, Telephone or Fax.
2. We immediately send out a letter introducing
ourselves as Debt Collectors that have taken over the management
of your account. This states the debt owed plus costs and
a forecast of legal costs. This also clearly states your company’s
credit terms. This will give your client the opportunity to
make a payment by return of post.
3. Your debtor can pay us by cheque, phone
or credit card at this stage. We will refund 50% of any EU
Late Payment charges that we receive.
4. If there is still no payment a Final Demand
letter will be sent suggesting that if no payment is made,
litigation will be pursued. This will outline the possible
implications of bankruptcy or winding up.
5. If, again, there is still no payment made,
one of our Debt Recovery agents will ring the debtor. The
tone adopted will be dependant on whether you want a continuing
relationship with client. We will explain in strong terms
the implications that non-payment will have financially and
with regard to publicity, etc. A payment plan may be agreed
at this stage.
6. If it is felt that legal action is appropriate,
a solicitors letter will be sent and the process of litigation
started.
- All monies received by us
will be immediately forwarded to yourselves after clearance
(Chq-7 days, 3 days Credit Card).
- You will be sent a
monthly invoice with a breakdown of charges incurred.
- You can contact us at any
time 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to check on the progress of your
claim.
